TEACHERS

Emma Bowles (Principal) I.S.T.D DDE Tap and Modern

Emma began her dance training at the age of 6 at Pinner Theatre Dance. She qualified as a dance teacher at the Margaret Howard Theatre School and is also a Primary school teacher.

She has performed locally with various musical and drama societies, and has played roles such as Eliza Doolittle (My Fair Lady), Rita (Educating Rita) and Peggy Sawyer (42nd Street). She has choreographed many show routines over the years and enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for performing with her students!

Denise Liasides A.I.S.T.D. Ballet

Denise is fully qualified to teach Ballet, Modern/Jazz and National Dance. She trained at the Stella Mann School and went on to teach in London, Greece and Cyprus. Denise is also a qualified aerobics/fitness instructor and enjoys organising dance displays and choreographing for local pantomimes. In addition, she teaches children and adults with special needs in the Harrow area.

Marta Micallef  I.S.T.D  DDE Tap, Modern and Ballet

Marta began her training at PTD at the age of 4 in modern and tap; and has also studied ballet and hip hop at other schools in the local area. She trained at the Margaret Howard Theatre College. Marta also holds a BAHons in Theatre Practice from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. This has lead her to work as a scenic artist on productions for West End Theatre’s like the London Coliseum and Noel Coward, as well as on overseas productions for New York and Shanghai.

Alexandra Taylor-Brownl  I.S.T.D  DDE Tap, Modern and Ballet, Associate Commercial Street Dance

Alexandra began dancing at Greenford School of Dance at the age of 2 in tap and ballet before moving on to Spotlight School of Dance where she started studying modern, jazz and musical theatre. She trained at Margaret Howard Theatre College and Linda Sweetzer Teacher Training College to complete her teacher training. She has also been a member of Holy Cross Players Pantomime from the age of 5, and played a variety of roles including Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks and a dwarf in the shows raising money for charity.

SUMMER TERM DATES

 

Classes start back on Monday 15th April.

 

The last class of term is Friday 19th July.

 

No classes during the half term week of  27th May- 2nd June inclusive.
